• Transmitted securely to our backend server via HTTPS encryption
• Processed by Google's Gemini AI service to generate email replies
• Used only for the immediate purpose of generating your AI reply
• Not stored permanently on our servers
• Not shared with any third parties except Google's AI service
• Not used for training AI models or any other purposes

Data Security

We take data security seriously:

• All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Email content is processed in real-time and discarded immediately after use
• No personal information is collected beyond what you explicitly send
• Our backend is hosted on Google Cloud Platform with enterprise-grade security

Chrome Extension Permissions

The extension requires the following permissions and here's why:

• activeTab & scripting: To read email content from the currently open Gmail or Outlook page when you click the extension
• storage: To temporarily store the current email content and remember your tone/length preferences
• sidePanel: To display the extension's user interface in a side panel
• Host permissions (Gmail/Outlook): Required to access email content on these platforms
• Host permissions (Our Backend): Required to send requests to our AI service

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party service:

• Google Gemini AI: Email content is sent to Google's Gemini AI API for reply generation. Google's use of this data is governed by their own privacy policy and terms of service.

Data Retention

We do not retain any email content after processing. Your selected preferences (tone and length) may be stored locally in your browser's extension storage but are never sent to our servers or stored remotely.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Choose which emails to process with the extension
• Stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it
• Clear all locally stored data by removing the extension

Children's Privacy

Our extension is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
